click here to enlarge The tube-working department there are 3 hairpin bends machines , two for 9.52mm  (3/8") tubes up to 2500mm length and one for 12mm ( 1/2") diameter tube up to 3000mm length. The numerical control machines produce hairpins starting from copper coils. During out-phase there are automatic mechanical lever arms that discharge hairpins in proper containers. For tubes of bigger lenght there is a 3 station numerical control cut off machine.
