Fins/tube assembling is done by 6 pipe expanders:
- new vertical expander for 2500mm finned package lenght
(25x22 - 7,94[5/16"] - 9.52[3/8"] diameter tube
) with automatic tube's change
- two expanders, one circular and the other vertical,
up to 1200mm
- one horizontal expander for 3000mm finned package length
(25x22 - 30x26 geometry)
- two horizontal expanders for 6000mm finned package length,
one of these is automatic and its working unattended. |
